Negotiations on cooperation

In continuation of contacts at the AVCJ Forum, representatives of Imigize met with Tus Holding in their office in Beijing for a more detailed discussion of plans to open the first Measurement Center in China.

(During the Forum on March 14th-15th, Imigize demonstrated to partners from Tus Holding the work of the new Imiscan mobile App and the whole cycle of the service of contactless fitting of
footwear for online shopping).

Tus Holding showed interest in financing the Imigize project and its further scaling in different countries.

 

Tus-Holdings is a large independent enterprise based on the Tsinghua University in 1994.

The main activity of Tus-Holdings is the construction, operation and management of business incubators (Tus-Incubator) and scientific centers (TusPark) as well as investment and development
of projects in the field of advanced technologies, new materials, data storage, health, etc.

Total assets under management of Tus-Holdings exceeded RMB 200 billion.

During the talks, the parties discussed the roadmap and the financial structure of the prospective Joint Venture.

Tus Holding is ready to act not only as a financial partner, but also as an operator for joint management of the Measuring Center in China.

The parties agreed on the transition to a more detailed stage of the negotiations, drawing up a detailed business plan for the Joint Venture, a further meeting with the Chinese team that will participate in the operational management of the Joint Venture, a personal meeting with the first Chinese corporate clients of the project — footwear manufacturers and Internet platforms for footwear and clothing.
